Ronak Chauhan is an experienced community pharmacist and owner of three community pharmacies, with over 10 years of experience in patient care, medication management, and pharmacy operations.

His areas of focus include medication counseling, chronic disease management, preventive healthcare services, and supporting patients with their everyday healthcare needs. Through his leadership and dedication, he continues to expand high-quality pharmacy services while maintaining a patient-first approach in every community he serves.

Janak Patel is the co-founder and pharmacist of Horizon Pharmacy, located within the Community Health Centre – Lakewood. With over a decade of experience, Janak has been a driving force in advancing patient care and community health across Edmonton.

He is also the founder of Tamarack Community Pharmacy, Summerside Value Drug Mart, and CareMed Wellness Inc., organizations that together embody his commitment to accessible, patient-centred, and innovative healthcare delivery. Through these ventures, Janak continues to lead the evolution of independent pharmacy practice, integrating clinical services, wellness programs, and collaborative care to enhance Albertans’ well-being.
